Worst service at any Walmart. When we finally found someone to ask questions of they passed us off to several people before we got what we needed which was a big ticket item. After shopping around other places for the other big ticket item we bought it at Best Buy rather than deal with the staff, or lack thereof, here. It was clear what staff there was, didn't want to be bothered. We got bad service the time before as well. It's a shame staff feels like they can ignore customers just because they know it's quite a drive to go elsewhere.
Everything you expect from a Walmart Supercenter, good and bad. Have had trouble with Site-to-store at this location. Also, as per norm, this location seems to run on minimal staffing in the evening/night, leading to long lines at 1-2 registers after hours. Items advertised are almost in stock in my experience. Restroom quality is a miss, as one porcelain fixture has been out of order for months. Cleanliness is also an issue here. Bottom line--typical Walmart in a small city. You get what you pay for.
Only a few days before Christmas and we were able to check out in record time! Wow!
Terrible customer service experience and never enough cashiers. Not to mention the cashiers they have are mostly rude and I can't stand rude customer relations people, we pay there salary yet they can treat us so ugly.
