Great service on the phone, thanks
Having seen so many negative reviews, I want to share a positive experience I had here. The place is not very fancy, but for a simple, one-night stay like I had it is perfectly fine. I'll admit when I booked my reservation over the phone, I was concerned, given the guy's accent and difficult time understanding English. However, when I checked in, he and the other staff members were extremely friendly and extremely helpful. I stayed in a small cozy room that reminded me of an old apartment I used to rent. It was a very pleasant stay for me, and I would recommend if you need a place to stay for a night to go give them a chance.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. My mother had a reservation for 04/15/17, but she is hospitalized in serious condition. I contacted them on 04/12/17 and they would NOT refund her cancellation. Shame on this business.
I would've recommended this place,but NO, I stay there one night and forgot my necklace that was given to me by someone I'm real close to the owner,his wife and housekeeper told me they couldn't find it I called and I bent there after I got off work. There was a paper on the wall stating that they weren't responsible for any items lost or stolen, I still believe they found it but wasn't willing to return it back to me,it really hurt me and I was very disappointed. If you want to risk staying there make sure to leave all personal items in your car where they are safe.
